Refund policy

  • All returned items must be new, unused, and with all original designer garment tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
  • Lingerie and Hosiery must be returned in their unopened packages.
  • Skincare and cosmetics must be unopened with an unbroken seal and in their original packaging.
  • Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account at the top right corner where it says your name. Click "Create Return" next to the order you would like to return and follow the prompts. If you placed an order as a guest, please click here to process a return.

For orders placed after 12am AEST 1 June 2022, returns will incur a fee of EUR 25 per item. Should you wish to return your product, all taxes and duties will be refunded. However, any original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received using the label provided by us. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of Cettire. Please note that orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not shipped. Any cancellations initiated after the 24-hour period has expired will incur a 25 EUR cancellation fee and any order which contains items that have been shipped may not be canceled.


We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are included in your order and you will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation(with a few countries as exceptions, see below). Any applicable duties and taxes are specified in the checkout. In the event the product is returned duties and taxes will be refunded.
