Why did my credit card payment fail?
Payment with credit cards may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. If you are having trouble making a payment via Credit Card, you may contact your card issuing bank or PayPal directly.

Q. Which countries does Avalans ship to?
Currently, we ship within Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and countries within the European Union
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Delivery is expected to be within 3-7 business days.

A. YES! We offer completely FREE shipping on ALL our products!
Q. Where is your company located?
A. Our company's headquarters are located in Lieksa, Finland, while our warehouses and vendors are scattered across the USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD and EURO. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD and EURO at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customer's information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
How do I subscribe to your newletter?
In the footer of the homepage, there is a text box under “Sign up for our newsletter” where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email notifying you that you are subscribed. Our subscribers are the first to receive sale alerts, new arrivals and discount codes.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
